Description:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Responsible for the preparation and processing of periodical payroll for Belgian Employees and workers

-       prepare and calculate the White and Blue collar’s payroll in a correct and efficient manner and make sure payments are done timely and correctly

-       take ownership of payroll-related activities (documents, dimona, meal vouchers, unemployment, ...)

-       follow up on time-recording process and absences in Protime

-       make sure that unemployment, long-term and time-credit employees are tracked and followed up on

-       maintain control and update complex personnel information and payroll data in payrolling system.

-       produce recurring (standard) payroll-related reports.

 

  • Handling of all administered benefits for Belgian entity in full compliance with regulations and employments. Liaise with local partners and colleagues for all necessary transactions 

  

  •  Advise and inform employees and other internal clients about basic employment law and rules and help them to find solutions for administrative payroll-related and legal issues

 

  • Partnering with Finance on payroll reconciliations, funding and the accurate recharge of payroll costs into the company’s books of accounts.

 

  • Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis also in Success Factor. 

 

  • Deliver  abroad payrolls for 10 countries 

-       take ownership of payroll-related activities (calculations, registrations, push and pull of information’s)

-       Liaise with local partners and colleagues for all necessary transactions linked to payroll and administration, employments matters (in coordination with other HR officers)

-       Oversee handling of queries from external agencies, eg in country tax authorities

 

  • Fleet management (car and bike)

 

  • Carry out HR projects with the support of the HR manager (like new policies).
